Paste this once in a terminal.
It puts two files in one folder inside your Claude skills folder. Nothing else on your machine is touched.

Needs Node 18 or newer, which Claude Code already needs. The installer prints the next step when it is done.
What it installs
Two files, one folder.
Inside your Claude skills folder, next to any other skills you have. That is how Claude Code finds it.
Tells Claude how to run the quiz: start it, open the files it names, answer in plain words, read the report.
A short script you can read in one sitting. It counts and fingerprints your setup, sends that, and brings back the questions.
It makes a small folder next to your Claude settings that keeps your key and today's questions. The key is made for you and never shown.
How to run it
In Claude Code, type this.
/quickstart
Claude runs the proctor, gets today's questions, opens the files they name, answers, and reads you the report: the score, anything that disagrees with Anthropic's pages, and what changed since yesterday.
You wake someone up, they see what time it is.
Outside Claude, you can start a quiz by hand from any folder:
node ~/.claude/skills/quickstart/proctor.js start
It prints the questions and the quiz number. Answers go back the same way, one line per question.
How to remove it
One paste takes it all out.
rm -rf ~/.claude/skills/quickstart ~/.claude/quickstart
That removes the skill folder and the key folder. Nothing else was installed, so nothing else needs cleaning.
Set it and forget it.
